Kathleen Norris, EdD, MS, BCBA

Director of Services.

Kaytee has been passionate about ABA since she was re-introduced to it in 2014. She received her masters of science in ABA from Aurora University in 2017 and became a board-certified behavior analyst the same year. She also holds a doctorate in education (Curriculum and Instruction with a specialization in Special Education) and is an ACE Provider for the BACB.

Brett Griffin, MEd, MS, BCBA

Director of Training

Brett has history of working with vulnerable populations, and moving to the applied behavior analysis setting just made sense! After working in Hawaii as a Registered Behavior Technician, he returned to school for a second Masters Degree (in ABA) and became a BCaBA in 2019, and a BCBA in 2020! His passion is supporting staff and parents to understand ABA to improve the implementation of services.

Autism Support through ABA

At Superhero Behavior, we treat even the smallest members of the family! From three to 22, we are here to help your child receive ABA services to help with their unique needs. Most services can be billed to insurance, but we have "private pay" options upon request.

Parent Training

We love to support the whole family. We offer regular parent training options and can help review school individualized education programs (IEPs).

Student training

We love to help the field of ABA grow in a positive way! We have limited spots available to support students going to school to become a BCaBA or BCBA. We understand the need for unrestricted projects, practice with the "admin stuff," and learning how assessments work.
